Mindful Schools resources for New York State OMH Mitigating the Impact of Trauma in Schools RFA
December 8, 2022: The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) announces the availability of funds for school districts throughout New York State to implement training and curriculum that will enhance the school’s capacity to be trauma responsive. Mindful Schools is an approved program. Eligible schools and districts may apply for up to $100,000 in funding for professional development with Mindful Schools.

- January 4, 2023 – Questions about the process are due to OMH
- January 2023 – Discuss packages with Mindful Schools
- February 9, 2023 – District applications due to OMH by 1PM ET
