Caroline has been practicing mindfulness for 5 years. In her search to find ways that bring peace and wellness to schools, she shares the resource of yoga and mindful practices to staff and students. Caroline has found her own practice of mindfulness and yoga help her manage anxiety and stress. This enables her to better face the challenges that a school work environment breeds. Caroline hopes to share mindful practices to younger students so they may learn to self-regulate and manage their stress earlier in life and be healthier and happier people.
