Lisa Cobb, LMSW, is a Licensed Therapist, School Social Worker, trainer and public speaker. She engages others in life changing techniques to gently and safely release limitless beliefs and behaviors impeding emotional and physical well-BEing.
Lisa has witnessed positive transformations in people of all ages when assimilating mindfulness practices into their daily life. She empowers others with knowledge of the mind/body connection and deepens their connection to self.
Lisa received her Master of Social Work Degree from Eastern Michigan University and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Michigan State University. She is a Certified Trainer in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention through Cornell University.
