Pam has been a practicing psychotherapist for 15 years and specializes in incorporating mindfulness practices into mental health treatment.  She is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and currently runs a skill-building mindfulness group for anxious, school-phobic teens in a school setting. Pam has a small private practice in Napa where she specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, aging-related issues and relationship problems.
