Sally Arnold has been teaching in the holistic health field for over 20 years. She has taught childbirth, parenting, and foster/adoption classes. Her passion is bringing mindfulness to families. As a mindfulness educator, Sally believes that micro-changes are the key to success. Well-being is created through balance and balance is created through mindfulness. A well balanced life can be achieved by making tiny realistic shifts, that when repeated over time, will create a lasting transformation.
Sally’s education includes a RN/BSN from San Jose State University, a board certification in Holistic Nursing, and a Masters in Psychology from Meridian University in Petaluma. Most recently, she completed the Year Long Certification with Mindful Schools in Oakland. Sally is currently teaching mindfulness to elementary students in the Sierra Foothills and providing in-service trainings on mindfulness for teachers, nurses and social workers. She also incorporates mindfulness in the adoption/foster care licensing program that she teaches at a local college. Sally and her husband Michael have been married for 28 years and have been blessed with four children. The whole family practices mindfulness.
