Biography

Suzanne has been an educator for over twenty-five years, serving as principal, teacher, and professional developer.

In addition to being a Mindful Schools instructor, Suzanne is a Kripalu RISE facilitator/education sector expert, member of New York University’s Metropolitan Center for Research on Equity and the Transformation of Schools’ Mindful Education Lab, the co-founder of the ACES Institute for Mindful Education (AIME), yoga therapist,and a long-time practitioner of yoga and mindfulness.

Suzanne has presented at the Association for Educational Service Agencies’ national conference, New York University’s from Risk to Resilience conference, the Capital Region Education Council’s Mindfulness Conference, and for students at several CT universities. She is a graduate of New York University, Teachers College Columbia University, and Quinnipiac University.
