My specialties include working with children and teens one to one, families, type A adults, children and teens with learning differences and those who are seeking to manage the stress, and anxiety in their lives.
I specialize in designing meaningful, useful, professional development programs and mindfulness training for all educators, speech and language therapists, and businessmen and women.
With a background in elementary education, meditation and the arts, Trish, a former third grade teacher, began to pursue mindfulness beyond her personal practice in order to bring this powerful awareness to people of all ages. She has designed and led numerous staff development programs for teachers, guidance counselors, nurses and speech therapists. Her work with adults, teens on the autistic spectrum, and children with learning differences continues to enrich her life and teaching. At Princeton Speech Language and Learning Center’s Social Village, she leads summer mindfulness groups, and works one to one. The Mindful Schools Year Long Curriculum Training has expanded her ability to assist her clients in understanding the brain science behind stress, anxiety and reactive states which impede their learning and affect their quality of life. Her deep commitment to bringing Mindfulness as a Life Skill to people of all ages is being realized in her work on the New York Open Tennis, and the first annual, Mindfulness Festival on July 4th weekend in Central Park, NYC. Trish‘s life purpose of building a kinder and a more compassionate world one breath at a time through her ToBeMindful company continues to expand.
