Biography

Mindfulness is the window to nurturing the heart of the whole child both young and old. As a Physical Therapist, Educator , Yoga 4 Classrooms Trainer and Mindfulness Coach I have been able to share my passion to create calm in the world of chaos for students, staff and caregivers. My life’s purpose is to help others find their peace, create space in their hearts for all and discover the wonder of the moments evolving before us with each breath. I am passionate about education, bringing awareness of the power within to create change, embrace the moment , and to discover the awe in each of us in our world and community. As a Mindfulness Teacher, Yoga Therapist for Children with Special Needs I have been given the gift to make a difference in a world that needs compassion, non-judgement and an open heart. My intent is to share Mindfulness with others so they too may join in this journey with gratitude to create Peace, Calm, and Awareness in this ever changing world community.
