Our courses and curriculum are designed for under-resourced public schools with high turnover and toxic teacher and student stress. We focus on giving educators practical skills for self-care, facilitation, and connecting with youth, allowing educators to implement and adapt simple, effective mindfulness practices that put little demand on the school day. This allows mindfulness programs to manifest organically, responding to the specific needs of any environment.
Mindfulness truly comes from the inside out. We prioritize personal mindfulness practice as the foundation for successful programs.
Our curriculum requires no heavy prep, no big manuals, only limited class-time, and easily integrates into your school day.
We believe the most effective way to grow Mindfulness in Education is one committed educator at a time.
Our expert-facilitated courses develop personal practice, mindful teaching, and how to teach mindfulness to others.
Our vibrant, supportive network of more than 10,000 graduates are passionately bringing mindfulness to youth in all 50 states.
Our website and courses provide our community members with inspiration and support, personally and professionally.
